We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with 8 years of experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve our long-term goals. This position demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in business development.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new markets, products, and partnership opportunities to drive growth.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Deliver exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
• Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior business development team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including forecasts and recommendations.
• Use data and insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8 - 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in agency.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
