MKR Techsoft is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing the freelance platforms like Upwork, PPH & Guru etc, and ensuring a high level of excellence in handling the team. Applicants must have knowledge of Web Development/Designing and Digital Marketing, outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets. Responsibilities: -Handling the team of BDE\'s and BDM\'s. -Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH etc. -Approach potential clients & develop leads through research, cold-calling, emails, professional networking, and strategizing with contacts, etc. -Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions. -Meet revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual) by doing In-depth market research. -Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client\'s requirement and acquisition. -Meet Monthly targets as per company\'s expectations. -Enthusiasm & zeal to eventually grow into a sales role to independently close deals. -Bidding on Freelance, PPH, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales. -Build a qualified list of potential clients and identify key decision makers and prepare custom pitch to approach different kind of profiles of such clients. -Develop Business Relationship with Prospects Excellent in Client side, also cross-department communication. Requirements: *Min 10 or Max 15 years recent working experience in Business development domain in IT background. *Good knowledge of IT Services like Digital marketing, Web Development and experience of Sales and Marketing is a must. *Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building. *Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills. *Submit bid and proposal to the client for consideration. *Ability to coordinate, write, edit, and finalize proposals with little supervision. *Build a strong reputation on the platform to attract more clients and higher-paying projects. *Responding to any questions or concerns the client on the bid. *Negotiating the terms of the project with the client, if necessary. *Providing estimates to clients and leading project towards closure. *Identify potential projects that match the company\'s skill set. *Negotiate project terms and conditions with clients on Upwork. *Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. *Build a qualified list of potential clients and identify key decision makers and prepare custom pitch to approach different kind of profiles of such clients. *Good Management skills of Team Handling.
