Location: North GoaAbout the Role:BDE is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing luxury villa partnerships to meet company targets while ensuring properties align with brand standards and fostering strong homeowner relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard luxury villas to meet company targets.
  • Negotiate with homeowners and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure properties meet the required standards before onboarding.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Stay updated on property trends and competition to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth property onboarding and readiness.
  • Achieve targets and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Convince the Vila/Luxury Apartment Owners to List with Us,So we can rent their Homes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Min 2xe2x80x933 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local real estate and luxury property markets is a plus.
