We are seeking a proactive Follow-Up and Telecalling Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with candidates through phone calls and emails to ensure timely updates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive candidate experiences and supporting our recruitment efforts. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
