Job Description

SG Gurukul , a digital marketing company, is seeking a seasoned and performance-driven Senior Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, managing client accounts, and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and research potential clients on online bidding platforms like freelancer and pwork.
• Develop and implement effective online bidding strategies to win projects relevant to digital marketing services.
• Craft compelling proposals that highlight SG Gurukul's expertise and value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business.
• Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and project delivery within deadlines and budget.
• Oversee the online bidding process, including project scoping, budget allocation, and timeline management.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize bidding strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and online bidding platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
• Proven track record of success in securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing (a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
