We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the real state Industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development in the Real state Industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and qualify potential candidates

• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management
