Responsibilities- Business development: Identify and engage with New physicians,psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to promote our mental health services.- Build Relationships: Connect with doctors and healthcare providers to encourage referrals.- Outreach: Conduct calls, emails, and in-person visits to promote our services.- Collaboration: Work with the clinical team and centre admin to ensure a smooth referral process.- Track Referrals: Maintain records in the CRM system and analyse referral trends.- Market Research: Stay updated on mental health industry trends and competitor activities.- Revenue Goals: Work to achieve monthly revenue targets through effective referral strategies.Requirements- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Healthcare, Medical device, Pharma or related field.- Biomedical engineer with sales experience added advantage- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated and result-oriented- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (ref:updazz.com)
