Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive growth and achieve the company's revenue objectives. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing the sales process, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. As a senior team member, this role also includes mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead and manage the sales team , providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and key markets for expansion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships , understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, ensuring profitable growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize the sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments , such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns , including digital, print, and event-based activities
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .
• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
• Language Must Known : Hindi, English, ( Malayalam is more advantage )
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills , with experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing software .
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Salary: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
