Global IT is a truly Global function with employees and activities placed in more than 30 countries. The Global IT - Finance team is placed within Cost management, that supports Corporate and Support function within Ramboll. The team consist of highly skilled employees from Denmark, India, Finland, Germany, and Poland. Key Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the monthly closing process for a business arear within Global IT, including budget and forecast follow up and management reporting. Participate in and help the coordination of the budget and forecast processes for the business arear in co-work with the rest of the team. Support and direct the ongoing financial evaluation process to ensure proper reflection of financial results. Act as a sparring partner and finance single point of contact for the business arear within Global IT Proactively drive business partnering agenda towards the director of the global IT business arear and other key stakeholders on e.g. large strategic projects, etc. Focus on detailed analysis of cost, allocations & postings, and cost trends. Manage and follow timetable for various closing and reporting requirements. Provide required inputs on IT-cost and coordinate with accounting team for timely closure of books of accounts. Maintain necessary documentation to support audit. Resolving queries raised by management and global stakeholders. Perform other responsibilities as assigned or required. Qualification and Experience required: MBA Finance or Post Graduate. with relevant functional experience Experience of 3 years+ in Cost Controlling/Cost Management from either working in a local or central finance department of a global company Expert in Financial Analysis Knowledge of Maconomy / SAP/Oracle or other similar ERP system. MS Excel & Power point skills at Expert level Expert in and integrating multiple data sources and analysis. Capability to work hands-on with high drive and think independently. Working knowledge of cost allocation function added advantage. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Ability to strongly coordinate across all levels of organization.
