The team works in close collaboration and partnership with functional leaders across Haleon functions bringing proven methodologies, frameworks and capability to enable effective transformation delivery at pace.About the RoleWe are recruiting Senior Business Change Specialists to our Business Change Centre of Excellence (CoE).The role objective is to successfully support operating model changes (e.g. people transitions, location moves), enabling teams to quickly become high performing. These roles focus on the human side of change, which is about preparing, and equipping our colleagues to adopt and adapt to changes in job roles, organization structures, business processes, systems and technology, and more.How the Change CoE is structuredThe roles will have a matrix management structure. This will be composed of a solid \xe2\x80\x9chard line\xe2\x80\x9d reporting line into the Global Transformation & Delivery organization, reporting into the Transformation and Delivery Lead within Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s India Capability Centre based in Bangalore, India; and a project \xe2\x80\x9cdotted\xe2\x80\x9d reporting line into the Haleon business programme team they are supporting.As an example, the successful candidate(s) will initially be supporting transition activity of processes and roles into the four Haleon capability centres \xe2\x80\x93 Bangalore, Costa Rica, Poland, and Kuala Lumpur.
