Responsibilities:
• Deeply understand and analyse current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement effective business process management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop enterprise applications that meet business requirements.
• Utilize business process mining techniques to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline and enhance business processes.
• Leverage your technical skills and experience to support and guide the development and implementation of applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes and applications.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in business process understanding, business process management, and business process automation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process mining techniques and tools.
• Understanding of industry-specific business processes and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
