xefx82xb7 Assist with UAT and QA testing with Business Systems prior to system enhancement releases
xefx82xb7 Participation and / or leadership of various internal projects related to core function. Being the 'voice' on such project teams is essential to ensuring the solution solves relevant business issues
xefx82xb7 Assist the Provisioning team with various tasks when neededAbout youxefx82xb7 Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate job experience
xefx82xb7 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to details
xefx82xb7 Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams
xefx82xb7 A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
xefx82xb7 Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite and Oracle
xefx82xb7 Solid understanding of order management, billing and provisioning systems, including upstream and downstream impact/activity
xefx82xb7 Strength in researching, understanding, distilling and communicating complex business issues, ideas and analyzing business impact
xefx82xb7 Strong skills in documentation of business requirements and user processes
