Role Summary:Opportunity: Candidate will closely work with Senior leadership managing 650 Cr global IT business. He/she will support strategy, planning and execution to improve both topline and bottom-line.Responsibilities:

• Participate in business planning, budgeting and progress monitoring.
• Process optimization for better execution and profitability
• Resource planning, monitoring and optimization.
• Risk management - identify risks and mitigation planning.
• Management and HQ reporting in precise, meaningful presentations

Skills:

• Strong business acumen: to be able to map business problem with facts/data in order to identify right solutions.
• It is essential that any recommendations from the candidate must be supported by sufficient, accurate and analytical data. Therefore, strong control over data management techniques in excel is mandatory.
• Excellent communication - to be able to clearly comprehend both in written (presentations, mails, data sheets etc) and verbal communications (e.g. to explain the information to top management, global stakeholders, customers or internal leaders)
• Cross departmental collaboration - with finance, HR and business leaders
• Sense of ownership, proactiveness and responsiveness will be key to effectively support urgent and important activities

Prerequisites:

• Experience: 3 to 8 years. IT services company\'s experience will be an added advantage.
• Education: MBA - Preferably in either of these specializations: Finance, Business Analytics, Strategy, Financial Accounting or Entrepreneurship
