Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.Reporting to Senior Manager & the role involves,What a typical day looks like:

• Partner with stakeholders across business teams to identify, analyze and document business requirements
• Collect, understand, and transmit the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications
• Analyze and document business processes
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Functional knowledge, education background on Systems , Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
• Typically requires 7-10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer relationship skills.
• Experience in writing SQL queries is mandatory
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
