Job Description

:Real Estate Analyst partners with Business ,Procurement, Product, Services and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement CRE (Corporate Real Estate) data management framework and processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents CRE requirements and works with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of projects. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.Responsibilities:

• Provides Business/Data Analysis support for a defined CRE group
• Works with sales, product and Business Analysis team members to understand customer requirements and help align internal processes to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Supports process implementation as assigned, including: Contributing to pre-sales workshops, documentation and related activities.
• Assisting with sales bids by demonstrating product and domain understanding.
• Identifies the requirements end-to-end and ensures mitigation throughout the sales bid and project delivery.
• Supports Business Analysis process development, change management, improvement and application by: Assisting in the analysis of business processes, needs and problems.
• Gathering data to elicit new business and functional requirements (for low complexity subject areas).
• Supporting standardization through the use of Solution Blueprints and/or pre-defined process books as the basis for fit / gap analysis.
• Gathering and consolidating change requests.
• Preparing requirements for presentation to Product Management, Solution Blueprint and Infrastructure teams.
• Fortnightly review with RE Leaders on upcoming renewals / expiring leases / new facility requirement
• Works with RE team on the data accuracy related to Visual lease
• Reviews AOP (Annual Operating Plan) numbers monthly and to work on Gap to Goal analysis to achieve the AOP target
• Reviews GLs (General Ledgers) related statement to identify the costs under CRE
• Works with CRE team in identifying forecast changes and ensuring updates are made to AOP with help of Business finance
• Prepares risk and opportunity analysis
• Responsible for Stewardship of Real Estate processes and procedures

Qualifications:Required Qualifications

• Graduation required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Analysis.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
