Exp: 5-8 YearsHigh Level Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and multi-dimensional data models using PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Harness the power of DAX, M Code, and Python for intricate data analysis tasks.
• Craft and deliver high-quality presentations for C-Suite stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand templates and conveying data-driven stories.
• Lead the analysis, design, and execution of business intelligence solutions, enhancing decision-making processes.
• Partner with IT, Cloud, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data interpretation, and provide insights that drive business value.
• Continually refine and iterate BI tools, techniques, and processes, ensuring the utilization of best practices in data visualization and analysis.
• Provide training and mentoring to colleagues and partners on best practices and tools.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Intelligence, Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Masters degree preferred. In addition, PG program with a reputed institution specific to Business Intelligence using Client and AI techniques is desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT, Cloud, and Finance domains.
• Proven expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience in DAX, M Code, and Python for data analysis.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing data sets, using advanced statistical, quantitative reasoning skills, and setting up the right visualization for complex story telling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Certification in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, Client terms.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with minimum direction.
• Delivering the work on-time, with accepted quality is critical.
