Working closely with different stakeholders, the role is responsible to receive and analyze new business requirements.You will:

• Evaluate new business requirements and perform gap analysis and suggest solutions.
• Maintain documents in SharePoint to track procedures, workflows and operational documentation.
• Manage the communication with the stakeholders during the different development phases.
• Identify and document issues, risks and related mitigating actions, escalating when required.
• Internal Knowledge Transfer.

Heres what youll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

• Experience in the health sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• SQL skills. Hospital Pharmacy, Inventory Management, Dispensing Process applicable for A&E, OP, IP.
• Experience with Logistic and Procurement processes.
• Experience with processes related to project implementation (delivery).
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to tackle complex and challenging tasks.

Desirable Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering or Economic.
• Other languages will be positively evaluated [Italian or Portuguese].
• Transform customer requirements into product functionality / feature.
• Knowledge on HL7 and FHIR mandatory.
• Knowledge in JIRA and GIT mandatory.
• Product development life cycle.
• Knowledge on Compliancy and Regulatory requirements.
