Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working with business owners of a function. You will be responsible for analyzing and tracking key business metrics for the function. You will lead and own all projects and initiatives which require data inputs. Typically, our business analyst gains business knowledge on the course of their work and move into a business trajectory/role.
Role Description

• Process, analyze and keep track of all key business metrics and consumer trends
• Own and understand business data fields and data sets, assist business owners in analyzing and deep diving business trend and customer behavior
• Own data-based problem solving for the business, build meaningful hypothesis and extract actionable insights in making business decisions
• Contribute with analysis and insights in campaign design, business case development and impact analysis
• Build crisp, insightful dashboard for consumption of key decision makers, balancing both depth on analysis and ease of understanding
• Present his work to business owners and decision maker and build required consensus for implementing insights
• Assist with data in executing initiatives like - offers, campaigns etc. Monitor and provide feedback loop during execution of various initiatives.
• Organize his work well, prioritize based on impact and train new analyst for the job

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Math's, or related discipline from a premier institute.
• 4 to 6 years of experience working as a business analyst in a fast-growing internet startup. Candidates working with any analytical consulting firms are also welcome
• Hands-on experience on data manipulation tools like SQL, R, Python, Excel etc. Should have had exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity; should love making value out of data
• Should have an eye for detail and bias for action - should be able to find out action areas, coordinate with internal teams & quickly execute
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and has ability to learn quickly. Self-driven to take up tasks on his own to help business grow.
