EXPERIENCE Around 12 - 17 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Media Planning & Brand Management, Products
BRAND STARTEGY & EXECUTION
? Mix of digital know how & creative expertise (50% should have digital experience & 50% creative + operation expertise i.e. event) but what we realized post meeting the candidates that completely missed on digital knowledge & they are more of having BTL expertise.
? Strategizing, defining and driving the Brand roadmap (offline and Digital) for Company across India.
? Market initiatives across all target segments and touch-points, including Digital, POS, ATL/Mass media with the motive to achieve the brand's sales in India
? Understand the market through Market Insights, researches and cross functional coordination to formulate relevant Brand Strategy and communications for Company.
? To plan and execute the BTL initiatives as and when required
AGENCY & MEDIA COMMUNICATON
? Work with media agency in strategizing the most ideal media plan for the brand across all platforms.
? Managing external agencies for advertising, digital, media, BTL asset designing and creation and deployment.
? Content marketing strategy across all social channels, lead SEO and SEM initiatives.
? Lead the digital marketing journey for our brand across all channels effectively and in alignment with the overall strategy
MARKET PRESENCE & CAMPAIGNS
? Responsible for conceptualizing and executing market-relevant campaigns in both online and offline modes aimed at relevant audience.
? Lead and develop all market research initiatives including qualitative and quantitative studies that may be required to answer business problems
? Build a clear understanding of Industry to evaluate the right formula for the Brand and establish Brand as most sought after brand in the super premium category
? To have key focus on the NPD segment for the assigned category in order to meet the category targets
? To consistently be in alignment with product team to ensure the communication creates a brand pull in the market.
M&P
? Drive effective A&P market spending by defining and tracking key KPIs including marketing ROI for all programs and touch-point wise operational KPIs.

? Business knowledge and Strong Analytical Skills
? Hands on experience in brand communications.
? Sound knowledge of various media
? Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
