Brand Manager (2015/16/17 pass out)
- Lead the formulation, development and implementation of marketing and communication plan to create brand awareness and brand recall to attract potential customers and retain existing customers
- Develop the marketing annual operating plan and calendar aligned to the product / category / Sales plan
- Provide the brief to the appropriate agencies (media, creative, advertising, digital, PR, etc.) for the development of the brand plan as per the marketing calendar (digital plan, media plan, etc.)
- Review and provide recommendations to ensure that the plan is aligned to the requirements and budget
- Liaison with the Sale team and the appropriate agencies to co-develop the plan for generating consumer walk ins
- Drive the execution of the BTL activities as per the agreed plan and provide recommendations as required for the achievement of stated target Marketing
- Review and finalise the agencies and their performance as per the mandate
- Should be a strong team player with ability to influence in cross functional forums.
- MBA in marketing with 5+ yrs of experience preferred from FMCG with 2 yrs into Brand/Marketing
