ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking to hire for the role of Brand Executive / Sr. Brand Executive based in Mumbai HO Here is what your day at Unilever would look like: Develop an in-depth understanding of category and brand consumers across markets Responsible for assessing and executing growth opportunities for portfolio responsible. Craft and deploy the right marketing mix (6P - Product, Proposition, Pack, Price, Place, Promotion) Lead cross-functional project teams for delivery of brand projects on marketing mix (cross-functional teams include R&D, SC, Finance, CMI, CSP, CD, etc.) Brief and create communication for delivery along with innovation projects (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies) across mediums - TV, Digital, and In-store. Manage digital, influencer, content marketing, and social media presence of the brand, in coordination with agencies. KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENT: Master\'s degree in marketing or business Administration or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or marketing services Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong project management skills Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Understanding of consumers and shoppers Experience in the development and launch of innovations.
