Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Python programming, Bash scripting & R. - Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Nextflow or Snakemake is a bonus. - Ability to read, interpret, and curate scientific literature. - Prior working experience with reproductive genetics research is a plus. - Familiarity with next-generation sequencing data and open-source bioinformatics tools. - Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub. - Experience with Linux/UNIX/Mac OS based systems. - Experience with high-performance Linux clusters and cloud computing (AWS preferred). Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret high-throughput sequencing and other genomic data. - Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and tools using Python and other relevant languages. - Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to derive meaningful insights from large datasets. - Document and present research findings to internal teams and external stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and reproductive health research.
