Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Python programming, Bash scripting & R.- Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Nextflow or Snakemake is a bonus.- Ability to read, interpret, and curate scientific literature.- Prior working experience with reproductive genetics research is a plus.- Familiarity with next-generation sequencing data and open-source bioinformatics tools.- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub.- Experience with Linux/UNIX/Mac OS based systems.- Experience with high-performance Linux clusters and cloud computing (AWS preferred).Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret high-throughput sequencing and other genomic data.- Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and tools using Python and other relevant languages.- Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.- Document and present research findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and reproductive health research.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,000,000.00 per yearExperience:
