Company Profile: We would like to inform you that one of our esteemed clienthave retained us for their requirement of SeniorBillingEngineer. Job Location - Ahmedabad Job Summary: As aSeniorBillingEngineer, you\'ll required to look after complete project\'s client Bill and Contractors bills along with due authentications and Quantity surveying. You\'ll be reporting to the technical head in the head office. Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding Project Requirement as mentioned in WO/Awarded Contract and Tender documents. Day to Day Quantity verification, surveying and adding in to the Client bill. Checking of various sites client bill and authenticate the same. Checking of Contractor, sub-contractor invoice and authenticate the same. DailyBillingprocess of each site preparing, monitoring and report to the technical head. Involve in to approving of client bill from various departments of government and involve into the liasoning work when and if required. Preparing costing of each day, bar-bending schedule and estimation as and when required. Closely monitoring all sitesbillingcycle and make sure of authentication of the same and calculating client bills in accordance with the measurement books, also looking after adding any extra items, or extra work done by us, and claiming the same in client bill. Identification and preparation of extra items. Daily material reconciliation and submitting the daily reports to the technical head. Estimation, preparation of invoices, claims & variations, preparation of major purchase. Preparing monthly progress report and bill projection analysis for next quarter. Preparation of measurement sheet, BBS, RA for extra item, Abstract and Tax invoice for monthly bill through co-ordination of drawings and site progress. Estimation of Qty and Budgeting at projects starting stage. Studies client, consultant, architectural, structural drawings - Extraction of quantities for excavation, P.C.C., and R.C.C. in raft & wall, soling, beams, column, block work, slabs etc. Extraction of quantities for finishing items such as plaster, painting, Aluminum composite, sheets, doors and windows, flooring etc. Education and Experience: Candidate must have education degree of ME Civil or BE Civil or B.Tech Civil or M.Tech Civil or diploma civil with relevant experience. Candidate should have in between 10 to 18 years of experience in civil, infrastructure, MEP work, building work projects. Well versed with Indian and International Codes and standards such as IS codes, MORT&H, CPWD Specs, etc. Analysis of complex const. work flow, Time Management, Co-ordination and communication with staff, contractor and clients. Site Inspection and monitoring. Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP Software, AutoCAD, SAP etc.) Should be a multitasking person with proactive in taking decisions at site.
