1. Excellent Sales Background with the ability to meet goals.

3. Very good understanding & working experience with GCs, Citizens & H1B Transfers
4. Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
5. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment A Strong Performer
6. Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for the United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC....
7. Very Passionate and Independent and a go getter.
