To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to hire Senior Automation Test Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 IT who is based out of in Chennai.

Reporting to QA Manager & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Create & Execute Test Automation test scripts using, Selenium/Katalon Studio tools for API and web applications.
• Implementing custom code for special needs such as accessibility properties for front end code development.
• Update and maintaining the existing automated test scripts created in Selenium/Katalon Studio tools .
• Document and reporting the automated test results.
• Design Test Automation framework using Cucumber, TestNG, Data Driven frameworks.
• Collaborates with various stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their requirements/demands.
• Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation of new tools/methods/standards
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution of automated tests as part of the software delivery process.
• Executing automated test suites in container environment.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites & results in Katalon TestOps.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with Min 5-8 Yrs of experience in QA.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience Software Test Automation using Selenium/ Katalon Studio / UI Path.
• Good Understanding of Web fundamentals (MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Server-Side Programming, and Database)
• Good programming skills (Java / Python / JavaScript)
• Ability to adopt to newer technology and test tools.
• Proficient with Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, defect management system, and documentation
• Should have experience in multiple test tools,
• Selenium, Katalon Studio, Postman, SOAP UI.
• UIPath, Appium test tools would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in SQL.
• Exposure with Kubernetes, Linux, Openshift.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS/Azure and experience of testing micro-services, containers, dockers.
• Experience in Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Github/Jenkins/Azure Devops
• Work Independently and collaborate with various stake holders to get requirement and analyze the test report.
• Deep understanding and hands on experience in automation frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG, Data Driven framework.
• Investigate and resolve automation script issues.
• Experience with Test Data Management and mapping automated test code coverage.
• Experience on API testing using Rest Assured automation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Automation Testing and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
