In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Automation Any where's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. As a Senior Automation Anywhere Developer, you will be responsible for leading and executing automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements through automation.Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Design and Development:
• Lead the design and development of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes.
• Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop appropriate automation strategies.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and RPA team members.
• Mentor and train team members in best practices for Automation Anywhere development.
• Process Automation:
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed automation specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integration:
• Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end automation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to address any technical integration challenges.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors in automation workflows.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Generate regular reports on the performance and efficiency gains achieved through automation.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in RPA and Automation Anywhere.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization and suggest enhancements to existing automation solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an Automation Anywhere Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience relevant experience.

• Automation Anywhere Advaned certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, VBScript).
• Experience with process analysis, design, and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
