Senior Athlete Manager


#### Role Overview


Responsibilities:
Senior Athlete Manager at Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS) will lead and strategize the development, management, and advancement of athletes across various sports programs under RFYS. The role encompasses refining athlete development strategies, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the program. Athlete Manager will be required to build long term talent development pathways between technical staff and sports science staff. Continuous monitoring, evaluation and reporting to the Management. The role also requires servicing of athlete needs and interactions with athlete family and support system including government agencies and sports organisations. Logistics and operational aspects for athlete training, travel and equipment needs.

Qualification Required:


• Master's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in coaching, sports psychology, or sports science highly desirable.
#### Preferred Work Experience


o Significant experience (at least 5-7 years) in managing athletes, particularly in a high-performance or youth sports environment. o Proven track record of successful athlete development and talent identification. o Leadership experience, including managing teams and implementing strategic initiatives. o In-depth knowledge of sports performance metrics, athlete welfare, and compliance with sports regulations. o Extensive network in the ports industry
