Job Position: Senior Associate in PwC Acceleration Center - Customer Transformation - Trade Promotion
The Customer Transformation practice is a techpowered community of solvers, continuously experimenting with emerging technologies and capabilities that can disrupt the customer experience. Position Requirements Knowledge Preferred: PwC's Trade Promotion Excellence team provides strategic guidance and builds technology solutions aimed at transformation and improvement of Net Revenue Management (NRM) functions of leading Consumer Goods companies.

Job description: o Lead client engagement teams executing Customer Transformation - Revenue Growth projects including Trade Promotions Excellence which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for business
• Be responsible for understanding the client's growth vision, business model, resources, strategy, planning, strategy and risks
• Drive design and implementation of RGM and Trade Promotion Management solutions for global CPG clients, including assessing current processes and systems, determining key requirements, designing the future state processes, managing development cycle of the system, and facilitating change management for the client
• Design and develop technology solutions aimed at improving Trade Promotion processes ranging from sales and volume planning to payments and financial control and post event analysis
• Assess market opportunities and work with the client teams to develop a business case, including capital investments required, viable operating and business model options and cost model
• Work closely with the technology teams to drive end-to-end implementation of RGM solutions for clients
• Demonstrate detailed understanding of RGM space including processes and operating model by market/geography
• Effectively participate in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• Assist in Customer Transformation practice building and business development efforts by leveraging internal PwC network and relationships Skills:
The candidate should ideally have experience across all the below outlined areas:
• Experience in consulting projects pertaining to revenue growth management for consumer goods companies
• Experience in analytics and technology projects for consumer goods and retail clients including trade process and system design, program management, with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Knowledge of working in consulting teams in trade promotion excellence or related engagements
• Experience of delivering long-term engagements, especially system implementations from design to testing and deployment in the consumer markets space
• Demonstrate detailed understanding of RGM space including processes and operating model by market/geography
• Familiarity with the Trade Promotions lifecycle from Master Data Management to Post Event Analysis
• Ability to synthesize complex information and generate detailed insights based on primary and secondary research information
• Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in programming languages and analytical tools including visualization software
• The ideal candidate for this job should have prior experience and familiarity with implementing Trade Promotion Management using various technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan, Kantar, etc.
This experience will be considered an asset for the role
• Additionally, having experience using analytical tools like Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau will also be advantageous for the position
Qualifications:
• Position requires 4-6 years' experience in RGM Consulting (preferably in trade promotions excellence or related areas)
• MBA is preferred but not required; in lieu of an MBA, equivalent experience in conjunction with an undergraduate degree in engineering, arts and economics, sciences or business from a Tier 1 college will be preferred
