Within Digital Operations Consulting, youll be able to learn and build on a variety of business skills that\'ll serve you throughout your career. Our team is composed of subject matter experts across a variety of industries including: Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Food/Beverage, Telecommunications, and Transportation & Logistics. We specialize in end-to-end Connected Supply Chain solutions, with deep expertise in the area of supply chain planning including supply and demand planning, S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).Meaningful work youll be part ofAs a Digital Operations Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyzing data sets and documents(e.g., process maps, policy documents, RACI, organizational structures, KPIs, system architecture, etc.) to develop hypotheses for testing
Benchmarking the clients planning practices against industry peers
Developing recommendations to improve a clients planning processes, policies, operating rhythms, governance, roles and responsibilities, and tools / systems
Provide a point of view on fit-for-purpose recommendations to meet the clients objectives
Developing project deliverables, including but not limited to: reports, process maps, dashboards, RACIs, roadmaps, and business cases.
Supporting a client to implement the recommendations
Supporting planning tool deployments including, but not limited to: Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Relex, Blue Yonder, o9, OMP, E2Open and others
Supporting project management activities, including but not limited to, status report development and presentation, project plan management, establishing and maintaining governance cadences.Experiences and skills youll use to solve
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills to summarize findings and derive insights in a succinct and comprehensive manner.
A demonstrated understanding of planning processes, inclusive of supply and demand planning, S&OP / IBP and S&OE.
Exceptional people, project management and change management skills.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal with usage of Google and MS tools
Storytelling and storyboarding skills to drive deliverable development.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment. Comfort working iteratively and in situations without detailed instruction.
An understanding and willingness to learn about Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Telecommunications, Food / Beverage, and Transportation and Logistics industries.
An understanding and willingness to learn about the end-to-end supply chain, including leading practice insights and trends, with a strong focus on supply chain planning.
Experience deploying a planning solution is valued, but not required.
Experience working as a Planner (Demand / Production / Supply) is valued, but not required.
Experience delivering complex supply chain transformations would be an asset.
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
