Senior Associate/Manager - Credit Monitoring- 5+ years- GurgaonLocation: GurgaonSummaryExciting opportunity to join a fast-growing firm, collaborating with clients to monitor financing transactions across various asset classes in structured finance. • Overseeing financial spreading and covenant monitoring processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Leading and managing a team responsible for onboarding and regularly monitoring client investment portfolios.
• Analyzing and spreading financial statements of public and private companies.
• Reviewing loan agreements, amendments, and servicer reports to assess financial covenants.

Requirements * Strong understanding of commercial lending and structured finance.

• 5-9 years of experience in credit analysis, financial spreading, or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• MBA/advanced degree in finance preferred.
