:Role/ Job Title: Senior Analyst-Credit Strategy & ProjectsFunction/ Department: Retail UnderwritingJob Purpose:Lead and mentor process analysts to enhance efficiency across end-to-end journey processes. Collaborate with business heads to prioritize and implement strategic changes, ensuring resource availability and timely project delivery. Oversee project management from concept to execution while driving budget efficiencies and fostering career development for team members. Promote innovation within the Center of Excellence by leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide the process analysts to drive efficiency in end-to-end journey processes
• Interface with business heads for driving and prioritizing changes/builds across multiple horizontal journeys
• Create a plan for the builds, ensure availability of resources and timely delivery
• Oversee the implementation conducted by the process analysts and provide support wherever required
• Project management from POC, design to delivery
• Drive the yearly budget and YOY reduction in total processing cost
• Manage multiple process analysts and develop a clear career and progression path and key success metrics for them
• Work with peers within the COE function to ensure innovation across end to end journey process
• Demonstrate expertise in getting industry benchmarks and suggest ways to match existing company practices with industry benchmarks strategies in key markets.
• Create a culture of agility, elite performance, and innovation.
• Improvement in zero ops scorecard, FTNR, TAT, portfolio quality; Reduction in YOY processing costs; Adherence to budget targets; Management of multiple analysts

Education Qualification:Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)Post-graduation: MBAExperience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
