ISPL FSS is set up as a Shared Service Centre and works on an Extended Plus model, within a defined governance structure. It is a Global hub and delivers services to CIB Finance teams across the geographies. It is organized by 7 work streams and provides services across multiple countries.

POSITION PURPOSE

The candidate is expected to work on Digital dashboard publications and enhancement activities which are getting carried out on a monthly basis. These dashboards are build to provided a visual analysis of the costs as well as revenues booked under management accounting at regional, country, business line or cost center level.
Responsibilities
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Hexis/ MARS operations and enhancements
• Working on digitization ideas and develop tools which can be used globally
• Publishing the digital tools on monthly basis
• Coordinate with users for enhancements based on the specific requirements
• Maintain and update referential data which is getting used for dashboards
• Ensure correctness of the numbers in dashboard and reconcile them with Perseus/Vinci/HCM
• Provide assistance in responding to questions / requests for information to auditors, regulators
• Escalating problems / issues to the team manager
• Perform necessary controls and have governance around the process
• Document and keep procedures for the production of all reporting tasks up-to-date
TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years of experience in a global financial services company
• Prior accounting, management reporting experience
• Excellent understanding of ETL tools like Alteryx, Python and digital tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs)
• Working knowledge and understanding of Smartview/Essbase desirable
• Prior accounting, management reporting experience will be an added advantage
