It Could be internal, Inter Book or External Transfer. Team also collects periodic and account closure fees for the teamResponsibilitiesi) Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control frameworkii) Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelinesiii)Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management Systemiv)Contribute to the optimal quality customer service in securities processing\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with counterparty on transfer of Securities\xc2\xb7 Process instructions to various custodians for settlement.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Front Office / dealers on necessary documentation for the processing of trade settlement.\xc2\xb7 Update clients\xe2\x80\x99 positions in system.\xc2\xb7 Follow up and monitor the progress of late and failed trades.\xc2\xb7 Update status of any failed trade/transfers by the stipulated settlement date.\xc2\xb7 Compute, advise and debit clients\xe2\x80\x99 account on relevant trade charges.
