Powered by our purpose \xe2\x80\x93 the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people \xe2\x80\x93 we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, SAP GRC!ResponsibilitiesSAP User Role Admin, Security Patches, Application of support packages.Apply security policies to the SAP systems as determined by the IT Security groupManage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling.Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products.Maintain HANA database, perform patch and service stack upgrades.Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of UNIX and Windows based servers running SAP FI/HR/SRM/Portal, Solution Manager, Hana, Gateway).Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems.Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization techniques.Identify and ensure incidents and request are prioritized and assigned correctly as per Client guidelinesGood understanding of incident management, and change management.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing team-oriented environmentQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsGraduate or postgraduate in B.E/B.TECH or M.TECH/MCA.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsAbility to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions.
