ISDM recognises the need to \'professionalise the Leading and Managing of Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs). 1. Continuously building the one-year-long Post-Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM); 2. This requires strategic and energetic institutional leadership.
You will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talent for ISDM. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process
Enhance selectivity by helping design the domain/technical interview forms and ensure the utilisation of these forms for every interviews
Utilise various recruitment channels including social media, job boards, and employee referrals to attract best talent
Build capability of Mentors to assess talent by leveraging competency matrix
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates on domain skills, functionality, experience qualifications, and cultural fit
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between hiring managers and candidates
Conduct reference checks and make job offers to successful candidates
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
In-depth reference and background checks for new hires to ensure suitability and cultural fitment
Manage overall recruitment reports and analysis including identifying hit-ratio, cost analysis, turnaround time, etc. for all hiring needs. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus interviews
Collaborate with the People Management team to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-6 years of experience in recruitment with minimum 3 years in non-IT recruitment
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Recruitment/Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Strong attention to detail
Skills and experience in analysing compensation packages & offer negotiations
Experience of recruiting in the social/development sector preferred
