Experience: 4-6Years.
Required Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 4 to 6 years overall QA experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have at least 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Salesforce Testing
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Quality Assurance practices and tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Agile projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of Salesforce processes and Salesforce Security
\xef\x82\xb7 Working experience in different Salesforce Clouds specially Sales, Service and Customer Experience Cloud
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of difference types of testing \xe2\x80\x93 Functional, UI/UX, Regression
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in driving SIT and UAT process
\xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of any test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Salesforce Admin certification is must to have
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Responsibilities:

• Understanding the requirement and find out the Gaps.
• Work collaboratively within a project team.
• Create Test plans
• Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases.
• Design Test Scripts/Cases and execute them in different test environments
• Evaluation of test results and tracking defects
• Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager
• Conduct troubleshooting, problem triage and root cause analysis
• Analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and design proper Regression Test Script
• Regression Testing execution
• Assist SIT/UAT process
• Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
• Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.
• Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)
• University degree is must
