\xef\x82\xb7 Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
\xef\x82\xb7 Showcase product/solution concepts & offerings via presentations, demos and effective
documentation
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowhow of the different CLM technologies in the market to share perspectives with the
client
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated experience in creating business case, industry specific decks, conducting
client demos and support with proposal creation
Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent customer service and sales skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in presales/sales/solution consulting
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong verbal and written communicator.

objectives so as to optimize business performance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology
requirements to support assessment/evaluation project
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate with client to assist in developing effective process vision, process
strategy and process maturation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and update documentation of process overviews, details and process flows.
\xef\x82\xb7 Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or
redesign processes to meet business needs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute in preparing client deliverables (e.g. business documents and presentations)
and supporting business transformation activities
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as main point-of-contact for customers and internal teams in addressing process-
