The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program plan [this could be sectors or specific marketing initiatives], including budgeting & planning, reporting and KPI tracking
  • Ensure program objectives are aligned with overall goals
  • Monitor and report on program performance, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
  • Identify and manage program risks
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and communication to ensure program success
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and practices
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience with track record of managing complex programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to lead and motivate team members
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
