This role is located in Pune-MH, HYBRID/REMOTE.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Good knowledge and hands on experience in creating and managing collections, applications, packages, deployments, and reports using the SCCM console or PowerShell scripts.
• Follow organization\'s policies and standards to ensure smooth and defined process.
• Patch Management using SCCM.
• Troubleshoot and fix and disruptions on the SCCM , able to analyze and suggest/provide improvements.
• Work on corporate wide deployments for various projects within the SCCM team \xe2\x80\x93 this may include delegating tasks to team members.
• Create custom test environments to provide proof of concept before implementing into production.
• Develop implementation strategies and deployment schedules with requestor.
• Validate deployment plans for compliance.
• Maintain the health of the SCCM environment.
• Provide technical guidance to SCCM team and customer.
• Assist in the creation\\updating of SCCM documentation.
• Good working knowledge of SQL reporting, PowerBi and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with SCCM, patch management, software deployment
• Following strict change, incident, request, and problem management guidelines using ServiceNow
• Configure task sequences using SCCM console
• Automation on BAU tasks using available tools.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Deployment of 3rd party patches.
• Deployment of Corp wide application install/uninstall
• Deploy Application, Package and TS.
• Post new patch pre pilot deployment validate through automation script from all the personas/ laptops and attaching the summary results in the RFC\'s.
• Vulnerability management.
• Inactive Client troubleshooting.
• Creating RFC\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Troubleshooting errors in the deployment.
• Responsible for handling tickets (Task, Incident and RFC)
• Looking at the MYCIO dashboard and remediate the vulnerabilities beyond TTR.
• Creating collections and deployment.
• Deleting the deployments/Collections which are completed.
• Update work notes on daily basis till closure of RFC.
• Create tickets to WTS for offline machines to address vulnerabilities and maintain N-1 version.
• Add/Remove user from SCCM Application AD group.
• Running reports in SQL Server Management Studio for the deployments and sending the same to the stakeholders.
• Sending inventory data from sccm as and when requested by LOB/Individual.
• Maintaining Sharepoint and confluence site for BAU task and updating SOP documents.
• Working on addressing the EOL/SOP projects in coordination with ITAM Team.
• Test Deploy any new security related applications to all machines across globe.
• Providing uninstall strings as and when requested by packaging team to create/update uninstall packages
