Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions in line with Tender & project requirement.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to procurement, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, market volatility & priceCollaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and department heads, to understand their procurement needs and prioritiesTendering Process : Manage the entire tendering process for Mechanical & Electrical Packages, from issuing RFQs (Request for Quotation) or RFPs (Request for Proposal) to evaluating responses and preparing comparison.Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on factors such as price, quality, and delivery speed.
