The business has established itself as a premier contractor in the industrial segment, especially cement and auto sector.Currently, we are executing around 20 turnkey EPC projects comprising metros, factories, data center, townships and residential buildings for a repertoire of clients in sectors such as Metro Rail, Cement, Auto & Auto ancillaries, Metals & Mining, FMCG, Real Estate and Defense, among others.POSITION DETAILS: Senior Associate - ProcurementJob Title:Senior Associate - ProcurementGrade:A3SBU:KEC-CivilBusiness:CivilLocation:Mumbai HODate:Reporting to:People Management (Yes/ No): NoNumber of Reportees:JOB DUTIESJob Summary:Senior Associate - ProcurementKey AccountabilitiesDuty StatementsProcurement Process : Responsible for P2P Cycle of Procurement including Mechanical & Electrical Packages, from issuing RFQs / RFPs, Technical Evaluations of offers, Collaboration with all External & Internal stake holders, Techno-Commercial Comparisons, Finalizations & issuing LOI/PO to Payment.Contract Management: Draft, review, and execute contracts with vendors. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions in line with Tender & project requirement.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to procurement, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, market volatility & priceCollaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and department heads, to understand their procurement needs and prioritiesTendering Process : Manage the entire tendering process for Mechanical & Electrical Packages, from issuing RFQs (Request for Quotation) or RFPs (Request for Proposal) to evaluating responses and preparing comparison.Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on factors such as price, quality, and delivery speed. Ensure vendor selection based on categorical expertise in respective segment.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry developments to make informed tender support & purchasing decisions.

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering - Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical Engineering with 6-7 Years experience
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP-MM Module & Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate bids and make data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.Products & Projects Exposure : Commercial Complex, Public Spaces, Air Ports, Hospitals, Metro Depot Stations, Industrial Projects etc
