As part of this role, you will be expected to:
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the end-to-end implementation of the functional workstreams (S2C, P2P, etc.) including
design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, training
\xef\x82\xb7 Requirement Elicitations and solution designing to meet business requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis, while ensuring best
fit solution
\xef\x82\xb7 Recommend best practices to clients to streamline and standardize S2P processes
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with OEM teams on business needs, information, applications, and long-term plans
while helping to ensure integration with strategic plans.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with integration leads to ensure an end-to-end integrated system deployment,
configured as per client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure quality of deliverables and project completion on time and within budget
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure PMO activities
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare training documentation and user manuals and deliver trainings
\xef\x82\xb7 Support Adoption of deployed systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for S2P production support and enhancement activities and a liaison with business
process owners
\xef\x82\xb7 Build business case and ensure delivery of business outcomes as part of the implementation
\xef\x82\xb7 Support business development: responding to RFPs, creating sales proposals, identifying leads,
client demos and presentations etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage client relationships, self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership and exceptional
communication skillsMUST HAVE:
\xef\x82\xb7 4-7 years of experience in Procurement Transformation / Strategic Sourcing / Category
Management / Cost Reduction / Business Process Excellence / Implementation of Source to Pay
processes and systems (eg: Ivalua, SAP Ariba. Coupa)
\xef\x82\xb7 Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement combined with excellent
Project Management skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to travel to client/PwC network locations in India/APAC/MEA regions
NICE TO HAVE:
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in the Consulting Industry
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to Source to Pay Systems (Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Ivalua, Coupa, SAP certification is a plus
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to SAP MM \xe2\x80\x93 functional or business user
\xef\x82\xb7 Immediate joiners preferred.
