Senior Associate - Portfolio Management - 3+ Years - GurugramLocation - GurugramSummary - Seeking a Professional who can be a part of the growing Portfolio Management team, who can closely collaborate with clients to understand their investment deal requirements in structured finance. The individual will handle onboarding, risk monitoring, and tracking key metrics for institutional clients, while also researching financial and legal agreements.Your Future Employer - A global company which specializes in providing advanced solutions in portfolio management and risk monitoring, focusing on structured finance and alternative investments. We support institutional clients with comprehensive services, including onboarding, investment analysis, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities - * Analyse closing documents like credit agreements, term sheets, and IC memos.

• Develop and monitor risk models, conduct stress tests, and analyse key metrics.
• Track qualitative and quantitative covenants and key performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements and SLAs.
• Review and validate reports on the proprietary platform.
• Streamline processes, mentor junior team members, and manage workflow for optimal performance.

Requirements -

• Desired qualifications: Graduate, MBA, or advanced degree in finance, with prior experience in an investment bank, investment management firm, or financial advisory firm.
• Broad understanding of the corporate credit landscape and core financial concepts.
• Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel.
