• Syndicated Loans /bilateral loans product knowledgeo Understanding of a loan structure \xe2\x80\x93 bullet, amortizing, including events of Rollovers, extensions, prepayment\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of market conventions for fixing, rates, interest calculations (i.e. Libor fixing dates, value dates, conventions)\xe2\x80\xa2 Settlements experiences (posting and confirming settlements \xe2\x80\x93 most same day, or future dated)\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of key systems including T24, Murex, SWIFT, other payment systems a plus\xc2\xb7 Banking sector experience is required (global or regional banks preferred)\xc2\xb7 Products experience:\xe2\x80\xa2 Global Markets \xe2\x80\x93 CDs, Time deposits, Investment securities, and interest Rate Swaps, FX, Money Market.\xe2\x80\xa2 CIB \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial real estate, syndicated and revolving credit facilities
