WeWork India is looking for a Network Engineer, who will be responsible for managing the Cloud and OnPremise Infrastructure. Roles and responsibilities Ensure availability of network services that include network connectivity, telecommunication systems, firewalls, routers, wireless, network monitoring Daily tasks surrounding the ticketing system to check and resolve incidents and request tickets that are in queue. Identify software and hardware lifecycle upgrade; determine upgrade path of device system software and hardware Performs network upgrades and refreshes by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements Ensure network devices/infrastructure is up to date on bugs or vulnerabilities. A highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills Able to work in an environment with customers and other support teams located remotely Experience and Qualifications B.tech or B.Sc in computer science or related field 5 - 7 years of experience in enterprise wireless platforms (preferably Ruckus, Cisco) Experience on firewall security design, deployment and support (Juniper, Fortinet preferred) Troubleshooting knowledge on switching - Spanning Tree, Stack. Experience in VPN technologies (IPSEC , SSL VPN) General experience across a broad spectrum of network technologies (routing, switching, firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, UC etc.) Knowledge on AWS & AZURE cloud technology Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. Zabbix,Solarwinds) Working knowledge on with SIEM Tools like Splunk,Graylog etc.
