Manages and supervises the day-to-day work of manufacturing production disciplines for a shift, including multiple product lines in the Evacuation India Operation.Job Title:Senior Associate Manager- ProductionJob Responsibilities:Manages team of non-exempt DL and IDL employees, to meet customer demand and achieve 100% OTF.Sets shift goals, plans and schedules, direct and indirect labor workflow and organize teams to meet production schedules.Should be agile and ready to work in any shifts based on the production requirementsLeads Tier1, Ensure teams\' conformance to organization policies and procedures. Ensures meeting regulatory requirements.Ensures all quality related items for all cells are complete and achieve FPY goals and targets.Plans and executes scheduling for multiple cells to meet production schedules. Train new hires (operator level).Supervises activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.Manages cell performance and productivity for multiple cells or a complex cell to maximize productivity.Constantly analyze the actual efficiency against the plan and execute actions for the improvements to meet the targetInterfaces with Production Manager to understand customer needs. Ensure storage, material handling and FOD control in manufacturing area. Ensure that the Production documents are properly stored and retrieved. Ensures to follow Standard work and practices RTPR (real time problem resolution).Qualification:Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics with minimum 4 years of experienceExperience in semi-automated Shop floor Management of Mechanical product, managing medium to large teamKnowledge on providing effective root cause, corrective actions. Able to analyze failures and understand the process capability requirements to improve the yield.Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi and experience of dealing with unionized non-exempt employees. Able to communicate and ensure strict adherence of company policies, procedures and rulesGood communication, Team building and Interpersonal Skills.
