The incumbent will collaborate with leadership and HR teams to design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs that foster talent and help achieve business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning Needs Assessment:
o Partner with leaders and business stakeholders to identify talent development needs and learning objectives.
o Conduct regular needs analysis through surveys, focus groups, and feedback to understand organizational learning gaps.
Program Design and Delivery:
o Design and develop learning programs by applying instructional design principles, ensuring alignment with business needs and adult learning theories.
o Customize learning experiences that align with business needs and employee growth, leveraging various learning formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).
o Lead, facilitate, or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives, both in-person and virtually.
Talent Development Strategy:
o Support employees in their personal development plans and encourage ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
Learning Technology Management:
o Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to content is updated, tracking is accurate, and reporting is completed.
o Recommend and implement new tools, resources, or systems to enhance learning initiatives and employee engagement.
Evaluation and Reporting:
o Assess the effectiveness of training and development programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Use data-driven insights to make improvements to learning programs and show measurable impact on performance and engagement.
Culture and Engagement:
