\xef\x82\xb7 3+yrs. of hands on experience on QA -Different methodologies Waterfall, V and Agile model Mandatory.
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3-5 yrs. of experience in multiple Guidewire core applications (PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter
and/or ClaimCenter) with strong understanding of the end to end insurance lifecycle.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong experience in P&C/General Insurance, Specialty Insurance and Re-insurance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Agile projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working on various test management /lifecycle management tools like ALM, JIRA, ADO.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in various phases of testing like test requirement analysis, test case design, test execution,
defect lifecycle
\xef\x82\xb7 Good experience in estimation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good experience in understand the domain impact for the projects and developing test plans, strategies
and other reports.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good experience in creation of multiple management reports.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience handling customers directly.
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to various test metrics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to understand the application technology landscape like UI, API and DB layers
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be good in communication.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in any Guidewire Digital portal is an advantage.
Roles & responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with customer to understand the customer business and provide feedback on business value
addition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Requirement Analysis, test plan and testcase design.
\xef\x82\xb7 Execute test cases independently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage end to end defect lifecycle using industry standard the defect management tools.
\xef\x82\xb7 Publish different test metrics and reports.
Education
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelors/masters in computer science engineering/IT.
