As a member of the IT Infrastructure Support Team at Eurofins Environment Testing Europe, you will join a growing international team to maintain recently deployed segregated IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups. Your role involves supporting daily operational tasks, designing, and implementing new infrastructure or migrating existing network components to meet current standards. Daily collaboration with various IT Support and Delivery Teams will necessitate networking and network security skills. An open mind and the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds are essential.SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

• Support and maintain current IT User Zones and IT Application Availability Groups network infrastructure.
• Design, plan, and implement network IT Infrastructure for transformation, integration, or segregation throughout environment testing businesses across Europe. These projects include installation, configuration, and migration of enterprise-level network IT infrastructure systems from legacy to new solutions.
• Propose and deliver solutions that best meet business needs in terms of security, cost, and bandwidth.
• Work closely with Server, Cloud, and Application team members to deliver the IT Infrastructure as part of broader projects. Act based on an end-to-end view of the infrastructure.
• Document the solutions delivered.

REQUIRED SKILLS:An ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in most of the following areas:

• Next Generation Firewalls (FortiGate), NSE4 level.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining network components (Firewalls, Switches, Wifi AP, VPN, SD-WAN) including upgrades and downgrades.
• Proficiency in various protocols: TCP/IP, SNMP, 802.1Q, STP, SSLVPN.
• Familiarity with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and create technical documentation for delivered solutions.
• A collaborative team player who can effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate technical projects effectively in meetings.
• Hands-on experience in automation tasks (any language).
• Cisco switches administration (CCNA level).

Any of the following skills would provide a significant advantage:

• Familiarity with Next Generation Firewalls (Checkpoint).
• Knowledge of dynamic routing such as BGP, OSPF, etc.
• Experience with protocols such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, and HTTP.
• Experience in network monitoring.
• Any experience in Cloud Networking, ideally in Azure.
• Fortinet certifications/training (NSE4, NSE5, NSE7).
• Quality of Service (QoS) implementation.
• Experience in C# or Python.
• Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP).
