Roles & Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy with the content team that aligns with the set out goals and objectives Social Media Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content on various social media platforms. Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to improve performance Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content into larger marketing campaigns. Ensure content is cohesive and effectively supports campaign goals Content Creation: Manage a team of content creators, writers, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content. Set creative direction and standards for content Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the impact of content efforts. Use insights to optimize strategies Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for content creation and campaigns. Ensure efficient use of resources Requirements: Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency Creative, passionate about the industry with a strong desire to do good work and bring forth new and innovative thinking Collaborative, a true team player that will work well collaborating with internal and external teams Strong writing and editing skills; ability to distill complex and technical topics into concise communication Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
